Terms of Use

Effective 14 October 2026 · These terms govern your use of dreamnavic.com and the DreamNaviC early-access programme operated by DreamNavic Labs Private Limited (CIN U62011TN2026PTC194305), Chennai, India.

1. Who we are and what this covers

DreamNaviC is a Neuro-AI mentorship product for competitive-exam preparation, currently in early access. By using this website or submitting the early-access form you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Early access

3. Educational use only — no guarantee of results

DreamNaviC provides study guidance, practice and feedback generated by AI systems supervised by human faculty. It is a learning aid, not a guarantee of selection, rank or marks in any examination. You remain responsible for your preparation and for verifying important facts against official sources.

4. Not affiliated with any examination body

DreamNaviC is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), the National Testing Agency (NTA), the Staff Selection Commission (SSC), any State Public Service Commission, or any other government body. Exam names are used only to describe the examinations our mentor helps you prepare for; they remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Your responsibilities

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site and in the product — text, design, logos, the DreamNaviC name and brain-compass mark, software, question sets, model frames and feedback — belongs to DreamNavic Labs Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international law. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use it for your own preparation and nothing more.

7. AI-generated content

Parts of the service are generated by artificial-intelligence systems. We work to keep outputs accurate and have human faculty review the mentor's behaviour, but AI can make mistakes. Where accuracy matters for an exam, verify against official syllabi, NCERTs and standard references.

8. Payments, cancellation and refunds (when paid plans launch)

Prices, billing cycle, cancellation and refund terms will be shown clearly before you pay and will form part of these terms from that date. Until then, no payment is requested or accepted through this site.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and early-access programme are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, DreamNavic Labs Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, or examination outcomes arising from use of the site or product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for misuse, breach of these terms or unlawful activity. You may stop using the site and ask us to delete your data at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product develops; the effective date above will change and material updates will be announced on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to your rights under consumer-protection law to approach the appropriate consumer forum.
