Effective 14 October 2026 · DreamNavic Labs Private Limited (CIN U62011TN2026PTC194305), 766/1, Anna Salai, Thousand Lights, Chennai – 600002, Tamil Nadu, India ("DreamNaviC", "we", "us").
This policy explains what personal data we collect through dreamnavic.com and our early-access programme, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the rights you have under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
1. What we collect
- Early-access form: your name, email address, WhatsApp/phone number and target exam, when you submit the form on our website.
- Correspondence: anything you send us by email or WhatsApp.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) collected by our hosting provider for security and performance. We do not currently run advertising trackers. If we add analytics, this policy will be updated and consent sought where required.
2. Why we use it (purpose and lawful basis)
- To contact you about early access, onboarding and founding-member pricing — on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form.
- To answer your enquiries and provide support.
- To keep the website secure and reliable (legitimate use, as permitted under the DPDP Act).
- To comply with Indian law and respond to lawful requests.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Who we share it with
- Service providers that process data on our behalf under contract: website hosting and form handling (Netlify), email (Google), and messaging (WhatsApp/Meta) when you contact us there.
- Authorities where required by law.
Some providers may store data outside India. We only use providers that apply appropriate security safeguards, and we will comply with any restrictions notified by the Government of India under the DPDP Act.
4. How long we keep it
Early-access and enquiry data is kept while the programme is active and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or we need to retain it to meet a legal obligation.
5. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you may: access a summary of the personal data we hold about you; ask us to correct, update or erase it; withdraw consent at any time (we will stop contacting you); nominate another person to exercise these rights for you; and raise a grievance. To exercise any right, email dreamnavic@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy request". We aim to respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
6. Children
Our website and early-access programme are intended for users aged 18 and above. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us on your behalf; we will obtain verifiable parental consent before processing a minor's data, as the DPDP Act requires.
7. Security
We use HTTPS across the site, restrict access to submitted data to the two directors and authorised staff, and use providers with industry-standard security. No method of transmission is completely secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.
8. Cookies
The site currently uses only strictly necessary cookies set by our hosting provider. If we introduce analytics or preference cookies, we will add a notice and seek consent where required.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the product grows. The effective date at the top will change, and material changes will be announced on this page.
